St. Patrick's Day Smoked Irish-Style Lamb

As St. Patrick’s Day approaches, we like to share Irish-themed dishes to enjoy and celebrate the day. Truthfully, it’s just another excuse to get our grill on! Here we have Smoked Irish-Style Lamb with Roasted Potatoes & Vegetables using our very own LUSCIOUS Lamb Rub. Featuring fresh rosemary and garlic, this preparation cooks everything together in the smoker.

Lamb is the classic meat of Ireland. This lamb leg goes in the smoker to give it a deep and rich smokey flavour. The slow roasting ensures a tender cut of meat and the potatoes smoke underneath the lamb to combine the flavours.
